1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the Nice Nick Names Engineering Sizing Suite ("the Service"), available at https://nicenicknames.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please discontinue use of this platform immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its calculation algorithms, custom IAPWS-IF97 approximations, interactive vector schematic rendering engine, user interfaces, branding, and technical guides, is owned by Nice Nick Names and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property regulations.

3. Preliminary Sizing & Engineering Disclaimer

All computational outputs provided by Nice Nick Names—including mass flow, volumetric flow rate, Total Dynamic Head (TDH), brake horsepower (BHP), motor kW rating, and Net Positive Suction Head Available (NPSHa)—are intended exclusively for preliminary engineering estimation, educational reference, and conceptual facility scoping.

Final equipment procurement, pump impeller trimming, and piping system deployment must be certified and stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) utilizing manufacturer certified pump performance curves and site-specific fluid data.

4. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the calculators and reports for legitimate engineering sizing, feasibility studies, and academic research. Automated scraping, reverse engineering of proprietary algorithms, or malicious overloading of computational endpoints is strictly prohibited.
